7-Day Refund Window

If you feel a course doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To process your request, our team may ask a few quick questions about your experience with the course — this helps us understand your concerns and improve our content for future learners.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
• Courses where a significant portion (50% or more) of the content has already been completed

Non-Delivery or Technical Issues

If you’re unable to access your course due to a technical error on our end, or if the content delivered differs materially from what was advertised, you’re entitled to a full refund regardless of the 7-day window, in line with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
